Q: Does Untamed 1 or 2 contain spoilers?
A: Yes, there are some spoilers as the zines prominantly feature bosses, primals, creatures, and locations that are found in the later parts of the msq.
Q: When will aftersales end?
A: aftersales end on Janurary 7, 2025.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: The USA
Q: Can I make a group order?
A: Yes! But, please send us a private message informing us of the group order, how the items need to be separated, and any other details. Once your order is made we will send you an invoice for any extra shipping costs. (We will send your group order in a large box with each order in the group separated into their own box)
*We ARE NOT responsible for distributing all the items within the group order. We suggest you assign 1 member of the group to handle this on your end.
Q: Do you ship worldwide? What about Germany? What about the UK?
A: Yes, but please note that we are not responsible for any import or VAT fees.
Additionally there may be some countries that we are not currently able to ship to. If this is the case, we will hold onto your pacakge and ship it when we are permitted to do so.
Q: Can you mark my package as a gift?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot.
